Insurance is optional, but strongly suggested, as I will hot be held liable for any uninsured packages. Shipping charges within the 48 contiguous states are usually $5.50 for 1 doll. Multiple dolls or outside the continental US will require additional postage, which I will discuss with you at the time of your order. Most smaller items can be shipped in bubble mailing envelope for a charge of $2.00.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the date you place your order. If payment is not received within 7 days, then your item(s) will be returned to the list and made available for sale. If you feel that you will need longer then 7 days please let me know and I will be glad to make other payment arrangements with you.

RETURN POLICY: Please do not order an item unless you are absolutely sure that you want it. Many pictures are provided for you but if you need additional pictures, please feel free to ask for them. I spend many hours photographing and detailing items so that you can have the most informative and enjoyable shopping experience possible. All items are described accurately and fairly and you should receive no unwanted surprises when your order arrives. If the item you purchase is described as having flaws, then the flaws will still be there when the item arrives. Returns will be accepted only if I have grossly misrepresented an item. No one is perfect and mistakes can happen. If you want to return something, you must notify me immediately upon receipt of the item and your reason for return MUST comply with the terms I have stated. The item needs to be returned within 5 days and must arrive in the same condition as it was sent. Because I do my best to give you an honest description, accompanied by good photos, the return costs (shipping and insurance) are the responsibility of the buyer and items should be well packed. When returning via USPS, the buyer will also pay for delivery confirmation, but I will refund the confirmation cost with your original purchase price (less postage and a 10% restocking fee) when item is received by me in the same condition as it was sent. In most cases, refunds will be made in the form of a check, unless PayPal was used. If you should receive a damaged item, I will respond to your email ASAP by sending you the original insurance paperwork so you can make a claim at the USPS. NO RETURNS on Layaways, Structures, Cases, As Is or NRFB items.

LAYAWAY POLICY: I will do layaways on orders of $100.00 or more, 1/2 down and 1/2 due within 30 days. Absolutely no refunds on layaway deposits. If a layaway is cancelled, I will send whatever items have been paid for and any remaining amount will be forfeited.

GRADING SYSTEM & TERMINOLOGY USED ON MY WEBSITE:

Sometimes you will see a plus sign after a grade which indicates that it is better than the condition described but I'm just afraid to take it up another notch, so no one will be disapointed. The combination categories indicate that certain parts of an item are one category while other parts of it fall into another.
